Start Windows Media Encoder and Select File --> New
Choose Capture Screen --> OK and select either Specific Window, Scrren Section or Entire Screen
Name the file and save it to the Desktop --> Next (It will be saved in WMV format)
Select the File Setting --> Next, then fill in Display Info --> Next --> Finish
Press Start Encoding --> OK. The screen is now being recorded
To Stop the Process, Open WME for the Taskbar and select Stop. Note the new wmv file on the Desktop
